Do Your First Date the Right Way
If there’s one thing that you need to keep in mind when you’re going out on your first date, it would be safety. Online dating doesn’t really guarantee that the person you will be meeting is what he says he is.

1. Don’t let him know where you are living. No, you’re not playing hard to get. 3. Ride and leave the date on your own. If you can help it, avoid accepting any offer of taking you home. First of all, you basically don’t like him to know where you are heading. Second, you just don’t know where he will forcibly take you. Before you even realize it, it’s already too late. You can let him do so on your succeeding dates.
4. Stop the date if something doesn’t feel right. If something seems amiss about him or the entire situation, then better stop the date immediately. More often than not, your intuition is right. As they say, it’s better to be safe than sorry in the end. If you don’t like appear to be so mean, then you can at least make up a white lie. Most of all, since you’ve already met him and you’re not comfortable, there’s no sense in communicating with him online again.
5. Stick to your cell phone number. If he asks for your number, give your mobile phone number. There are a lot of reasons for this. If you don’t like to talk to him anymore, you can always ditch your SIM card and change it to something new. It’s also more difficult to track cell phone numbers than home phone numbers.
